Monday Pilates

Join tutor Kylie for a full body workout with this low intensity, high results pilates class. Bring your own mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing and join in this welcoming group. $10 per adult or $5 concession per class - cash paid to Tutor at the beginning of the class. Please ensure you have completed the Cottage Health and Wellbeing Registration Form prior to commencing any Cottage class. Only one form needs to be completed per annum for all classes.
