About the Event
Join a 60-minute Cheesemaking Workshop & learn how to make: MOZZARELLA – great for pizza and pasta dishes
PANEER - used in Indian curries as a substitute for meat
RICOTTA - used for a salad, toast topper, pastries or pasta
You will learn how to make these cheeses using ingredients that you will have in your fridge or pantry.
You will get to sample the cheeses that are made during the workshops.
We will also have other cheeses on a platter for you to sample.
