The Deans Marsh Cottage Committee of Management (DMCCCoM) meets monthly and is responsible for good governance, strategic planning, and funds received for The Cottage.

Cottage Employees
The Deans Marsh Committee of Management is funded by the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness and Housing to employ a part time Manager to coordinate the daily operation of the neighbourhood house on behalf of the Committee of Management.
The Cottage also employs casual staff to assist with the coordination of activities and events within the community.
