Monday Pilates

Join tutor Kylie for a full body workout with this low intensity, high results pilates class. Bring your own mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing and join in this welcoming group. $10 per adult or $5 concession per class - cash paid to Tutor at the beginning of the class. Please make sure to complete the Cottage Health and Wellbeing Registration Form prior to joining any class. One form per annum to be completed for all classes.
