About the Event
Join a relaxed and meditative yoga session suitable for all abilities. Bring your own mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. This weekly class is $10 per adult or $5 concession cash payable on the day to the Tutor. Please ensure you have completed the Cottage Health and Wellbeing Registration Form prior to commencing any Cottage class. Only one form needs to be completed per annum for all classes.
